VO RegisterRevised and forecast contract value from the latest applicable VO revisions.

SOAPA, certification/PC, invoice, payment, outstanding balance and due/overdue tracking only.

Monthly snapshot rule

A confirmed monthly SOA upload will be preserved as an immutable reporting snapshot. Later revisions to the same PA/PC/payment will update the current position without rewriting a previous month's reported position.

Audit-safe design

Security: no real commercial project data is embedded in this Cloudflare deployment package. Production shared data will be placed behind authentication and server-side storage.
